hey man, i saw this video a month after you put it out in 2007 and i was amazed and thought you were amazing. When i look back at it now im still amazed! Of course i've improved my drumming by quite a bit, i still dont know how you get that speed with your bass drum, cause i remember you telling me that you used one pedal during the verse and the double bass during the bridge/breakdown thing. Any tips cause i would like to improve my bass speed.

@asiandrummer15 Hey man! Thanks for that! I remember! As for bass pedal speed, I can't really remember how I got it that fast. I just kept trying. I suppose you can always practice getting your muscles used to moving that quick without the pedals (so tap it out off the kit) and you could also try playing it slower with one foot along to a metronome and then slowly bringing it up in tempo until you are at the right speed!
