@ghayoos you've raised a good question . . . the patient's 4- tooth bridge had retention issues and I recemented it once in the past. Margins were okay at that time, but the distal retainer evidentualy had cement washout. Options were limited due to finances and age. Not all insurances cover implants and she did not want to wear a removable denture. She opted to have this procedure understanding that it was not ideal treatment and it would only buy her some time. We will track this case. GC
