@webkinzvspokemon Long Jump Attack (or Long Jump Anywhere). Use the boomerang to jump far. The boomerang method only works on GCN. On Wii, the only way to LJA is to use an enemy slightly above your height. For this reason, speedruns done on GCN are faster than on Wii.

Do you have to lock the boomerang on two spots because of the moving plattform?

@oligi3008 No. The boomerang has to go behind the wall to LJA. The only way to get it to go behind the wall is to lock onto 2 targets.

LJA is a very easy trick.
Just target a wall, and when the wind is over a hole just press the AKey.
No other button should be pushed.

@GUKingOfHeart It's not always that easy though. There's a reason it took so long to find LJAs here. The reason is because the usual way of doing a single LJA just simply doesn't work here. Normally, you either just throw the boomerang and LJA or target one spot and LJA. To get a single LJA here, you have to target 2 spots on the wall and then press A when the boomerang goes behind it. LJA doesn't work over voids here accept the ones hidden behind the wall.
