So i just clean my kefir grains with cooled boiled water and let them dry in a some hot place, they turn black? then I can reuse them again and they will work just fine like before??
@qasion Well yes, that's what you get. You did it the right way. And that's the product., if you don't like sour too much then you can change the taste adding some other things to it.
