@funrabbits no, not with any toppings like butter or salt, but its healthy just plain. ask your local vet and see what he/she says.

@Warriorcatsrock543 No, baby bunnies can get sick if you give them veggies at such a small age. Small treats like popcorn (without salt or butter) are very healthy for them and they can't get enough! I have a little bunny who just turned 3 months and she loves popcorn!
