@JoshMRichman there is no plug in this is easy stuff blender game engine calculates were the sound is coming from the sound object is bound to a mesh that is being rotated the scripting make the balls change color and change size

what did you use to generate the binaural effect?

I used a HRTF bank to generate it and also the position between source and listener
