The responsible leaders in Israel and Palestine want peace between Israel and Palestine. But the fringes on both sides want to destroy each other. Which is preventing that from happening.

@HottyAsakura being Asian and Mexican is important to us why? What the government does or doesn't do for Israel has nothing to do with warm fuzzies, but rather military and political strategies. When the US wants to stick it's nose into the business of any country in the Mid East, what country do you think they go to to host them?? Use your brain. The US needs Israel because otherwise the entire Mid East will be shut down and we get our oil from there.

Another thing, the Palestinians wanted their own country, but yet you see on the internet they are complaining that they want benefits of Israeli citizenship such as access to hospitals. There ARE Arab-Israelis, even Arabs who choose to serve in the Israeli Army. That's another thing, an Arab-Israeli is not required to serve in the IDF, whereas all Jewish Israelis are (with some who get exemptions). Arab-Israelis have more rights than Arabs in any other country.

I'm sorry to break it to everyone, but there has been so much propaganda and people don't know the truth. The land never belonged to them. It did belong to Turkey before World War I, but the Allied powers won it and the British were watching over it until it became a Jewish State. The muslim countries were with Germany and Italy during the second war, by the way. The Gazans were the ones cheering on 09/11. Finally, they are poor because Hamas and his cronies are hoarding the resources.

@Animatiotron Did you not hear why the jewish settlers are there in the first place? Its specifically so that building a palestinian state is impossible. Also, the settlers kicked palestinians out of their homes to build their own and what do you think England would do if france decided to kick british people out of their homes to build french only communities? The Israelis are defying international law by building settlements, even the US, their biggest ally, wants them to stop.
