World Car-Free Day 2009 - Adelaide, South Australia

World Car-Free Day was celebrated on 20 September 2009.

I went to two events in the suburbs of Adelaide on that day. In the morning, Mawson Lakes Environment Watch organised a suburb walk, followed by morning tea. Afterwards, I rode my bike to College Park, where the locals had closed off part of Torrens Street for a environmentally-themed party.
