Sara Evans "Coalmine" at CMT Summerfest 2007
Original was AVI, 1920x1080. Audio was Dolby Digital AC-3 at 384 kbps, but bitrate and frequency unknown (to me at least). Converted to WMV (in order to compress it), and lowered resolution to 1280x720, since that - viz. 720p HD - is the maximum supported by YouTube. Lowered audio to 256 kbps and 44 KHz, since YouTube HD supports only up to 232kbps and 44.1KHz. I knew neither the original bitrate nor the maximum which YouTube supports, so I specified 24 bits just to be safe.

I've loved the song, Suds in the Bucket, and danced to it long before I happened to see this concert on cable--and then parked to watch the whole concert. She is a real dream performer--pretty, fun, sexy, full of high spirits but also a lot of heart--in all of her songs. Went to Summerfest this year and caught Cheryl Crowe on the same stage. @HowIFeel07 You're welcome. I agree, she is quite pretty, and this concert is all-around quite magnificent, I think. I don't know why I haven't seen it elsewhere online or on TV.
