What gets me is that the train is MASS TRANSIT and IT HAS TO WAIT FOR TRAFFIC SIGNALS. That is a direct smack in the face to the program. Some body there needs their office to change hands! Privately owned or commercially vehicle should not have the right of way over the Mass Movement. The only time that train should stop for other is for is to give right of way to Public Safety responding to a call.
