    My view is unorthodox. Most people use creatine for bigger lifts. An insulin spike from carbs will raise creatine absorption 60% and the carbs are energy. Pre-workout is a better idea for this. Best sugar/carb to use would be grape juice. It's carb is Dextrose.

    Post workout some people use it for recovery, it's less known that IGF-1 is creatine's anabolic edge and insulin spikes reduce IGF1 sensitivity. Creatine can still be absorbed without the insulin spike

  • This is a very basic supplement stack that loads of other vids promote with good ratings, better yet this kid was smart enough to go for micronized creatine. I can bet that if he was big this video would be thumbed up the haters ass'

    BTW for video uploader. Don't take suger with the creatine. Avoid insulin spikes. It will make you develop insulin resistance and will spike SHBG binding away your free test. Insulin resistance will reduce IGF1 which in one anabolic factor with creatine ur negating
