Who could watch this and still claim that Heifetz plays without emotion?

In today's mail was an old 10" where he plays two of Bach's violin concertos. It was so beautiful, I was crying.

Many people like to criticize Heifetz and say how many others where better, but the only thing they prove by mentioning him in every comment is that his playing is the highest goal any violinist can reach.

I don't think Heifetz was perfect, there are examples of pierces have nicer versions then his, but that doesn't change the fact that he was brilliant.

C'est vraiment magnifique ! Je joue ce morceau pour mon brevet et je le trouve avec pleins de caractère et d'émotion et lorsque je l'ai trouvé sur youtube tout en sachant que c'était Heifetz, que j'admire énormément, je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher de l'écouter et lorsque je l'ai entendu j'en ai eu des frissons :O :) c'est prenant et magique !
