Things that remind me of innocence:

1. flannel pajamas (hence the attire)
2. Santa Claus
3. faeries
4. bare feet
5. dolls
6. the belief that clouds were solid and if I found a way, I could spend the day playing on them
7. sand castles
8. the blurred line between imagination and reality

I recorded this weeks ago but I procrastinated on editing because I hate Windows Movie Maker :/ 'tis hard to back on track after so long...

I draw occaisonally, I love to write, and I play the viola and violin but I can't claim to do any of them nearly as often as I should :/

I loved playing house. Can you imagine a room full of adults wanting to play house? I guess adults don't need to "play" house cause they can just do it. But it seems that can lack the fun of it.

Hehe, as kids we didn't realize that keeping house wasn't actually that cool. The mud pies I made were awesome though.

I must remember to subscribe, comment and post my own videos. Seldom I have ever known a person with so much depth, so profound. Most of my childhood memories are bad, actually violent. But one memory was a time I got away from my mother while visiting Puerto Rico. I went to a lake and spent the day either swimming or on a large rock. I remember the sound of the wind, the water, the birds, complete stillness. I was safe. I use that image when I do hypnosis.

I relate ... I remember my 3rd birthday walking around in one shoe, also my Christmas when I was 3, getting a Lionel Train.I remember the most romantic moment of my life when I was 17, at Redondo Beach in LA, and a girl I had a huge crush on came up to me quietly, while I was sunbathing, her shadow crossed the sun, I looked up, it was her smiling face, ringed by subnshine looking down a me, what a moment, ... one never so perfect again .... poetry.

Violet I watched your video on Girlhood/Boyhood.

What you experienced was nostalgia. Something triggered a memory from a past time in your life that you miss. Your experience sounds exactly like ones that I have. I'll smell a certain fragrance or here a song on the radio and it takes me back to a certain time of my life that's not here no more. your mind is recapturing those moments around. That's what I experience anyway. I think your videos are cool you seem to be the philosophy type, cool.
