Illegal immigrants given full access to UK benefits (24Feb10)

The European Court has decided that despite an illegal immigrant having no ties with the UK, and not even being a European citizen, and being refused to stay in the UK, that she is to have FULL access to the UK's benefits system, having paid exactly NOTHING into the system. This landmark ruling against a UK council (Harrow) will now allow thousands of other illegal immigrants to have access to the UK's over-generous benefits system, further dragging the UK economy into sh1t.

How can the woman be entitled to any benefits when she is NOT an EU national, she's from Somalia?
