Hundreds of Copts protested on Sunday, March 6, in front of Egypt's state television building in Cairo against the burning of a church in Helwan governorate, southern Cairo, on Saturday morning.
The protesters raised banners condemning lack of security and called on the head of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, which is currently running the country's affairs, to intervene and respond to their demands, including rebuilding their Al-Shahidain (Two Martyrs) Church.
Copt men of religion also called their Muslim counterparts to spread awareness and tolerance among their followers to avoid suchlike sectarian sedition.
@miloamal Compare twisting facts with killing innocent people. I know whose side I stand on.
