My book is now published, titled Full Spectrum Health~
It is truly a writing of New Paradigm potential in relationship to that which is the subject of health. The book is so powerful because it explores the CONSCIOUSNESS of thrival rather than the formulas for "health"
Systems and formulas are what the vast majority of all health books and specialists are about. Doctors, experts and even pro athletes are all promoting some diet, work out routine, supplement or other formula to achieve "health".
You can find as much information out there as you want on all of these topics and systems and even if they do improve your physique or add a few years to your life these are still all based on limitation.
What I share in this book is the possibility for True Thrival, activating a life of not only being sickness free but disease free and even liberated from aging.

Thank you for this great video, I am definitely going to read your book when I get a chance. I would just like to say that I am in the holistic health field, and I understand how so many people are unaware that health comes from within. Simply treating a symptom does not get to the root cause of the illness, which usually resides much deeper than the physical experience. We need to get in touch with ourselves and with the energy of the Earth in order to heal and balance. Much love and light!
