Here is another case from late January, 2012. The cases were not tampered with. They would have had to pull off the previous tape and that would have torn the cardboard. There is no signs of the case being opened and re-sealed. Mattel doesn't always use the tape with their logo on it

@MrDaleJr2011 It was one of those HONEY movies! I couldn't remember which one. I have the red Sharkruiser that was released at the same time as the movie. I will have to find it.
