@filthygerman027 Haha nah its not, i'm 14 and i can do 100kg. It took me about a year to get to that, started of with 50kg. As long as you work hard, its possible.

this along with your strength, grappling and stand up skills i have seen through your videos is amazing. its obvious you have tremendous discipline as you continue to get stronger, faster, better and this will make you a better mma fighter in the future if you decide to pursue that path and i'm sure you'll be successful in doing so. can't wait to see you in the ufc one day. please keep us updated

@MatthewTYK i'm 15 and a great sprinter you're very fast (no disrespect but i'm a little faster but sine this vid was 10 months ago you might be faster) but my mile sucks (i get tired fast like on the first lap) i'm not even fat and actually ripped(i do home cardio exerises) what adive can you give me that can help me with enderance? thanks! Very fast! i'm more of a sprinter.

completely depends on the kind of weight lifting your doing. More mass by any definition will slow you down to some extent but if you work out photometrically or do calisthenics you are going to increase speed. Explosive movements increase explosiveness not "working out". Also the more mass you have the faster you will get tired. Muscle requires a lot of oxygen to function. You see it in any proffesional endurance athelete and mma fighter. They are built very specificaly

@bboyloco3 Lol , bigger muscles means you got more weight on your arms. which makes you slower.
I also do BJJ and I do Takemuso Aikido. I may start learning Systema, or Mixed Martial Arts classes. I am 15 years old, I do not look like you, but don't take me toward the wrong direction when I say this because you might think that I think strength is everything. Anyway, I wish you the best buddy, maybe I'll see you in the future :)

@usrocket
You are right. Strength isn't everything. Most Martial Arts prove that through technique. Ones in particular like BJJ or Judo (Hip leverage)
