Supine ring pull ups are very difficult. They are an intense workout for your grip, forearms, biceps and back muscles.
You can put your feet up on a stability ball or bench for more resistance.
If you are not strong enough to pull yourself all the way up, keep your glutes contracted and pull as high as you can.
