I love how he does his shows completely acoustic. Something about it is just so raw, or... intense. Idk, I just think it's really cool(:

Well yeah, I'm saying he's playing in the key of D in the tuning he is in, which is a full step down.
If you try to play it in standard tuning, it's the key of C.
