No you only get gtd for posting videos on the gametrailers website. Try posting trailers to games to get gtd.

it takes forever to get GTD ive had it for 2 weeks and only have 52 GTD and i use gaetrailers a lot and the xbox 360 on gametrailers is like 50000 GTD

Just click a user movie and click continuous play and turn your screen saver off and walk away, and you can atleast get 50 a day that way. Plus there are many other ways like making a blog or commenting on videos. I got to level 5 in 2 weeks!!!
