I like some of Paul's thinking, but I'm sorry his plight with the gold market is laughable. Companies that own mines with hold their full supply of gold, it certainly doesn't go straight to the market or its value would drop significantly (oldSpain). The same is true with diamonds. It is the same reason the government pays farmers not use their fields on certain years to prevent the prices of food at a balanced price. Sure governments buy it up sometimes, but they buy it at the speculated price.

@benzo771 Wrong. They will be the first to buy protection from desperate people with the piles of money they will have amassed at that stage. Not to mention the guns they have.

Paulson and Bernake should be put on trial. Lying crooks. The sad part is that an avergae American has zero knowledge of basic economics to understand what's going on. Revolution is imminent. March against Washington. take this country back!!

Timmothy Geithner = Henry Paulson LMAO Ohh he's Obamas new Treasury Sec.. not a good sign of "Change" obama elctors wanted I"m sure.. Ohh ontop of that He has the SAME damn Sec. of Defense that Bush uses even now! Obama is promising change.. yet the Great minds he's tapped to "Advise" him aren't new.. their OLD The same damn way they've been ran the past 16 years.
