Yep, that is a jump spin(ning) side kick. Reverse side kick is the same except base leg doesn't leave the ground.

i was like damn the must have been some round house kick...it was reverse hook kick...

bet ya he got in trouble even though it was a successful hit. If you look closely to the foot that lands the kick. its not positioned right for this type of kick. good thing he didnt land it 100% though. it looks like he landed on the throat. And yes its just a simple Spinning Side Kick.

To compete now adays though.. I remember back in the day when at least one foot hand to be planted at all times. Ive been banned from compitions for using Jump Spin Kicks.
