I had this same bug on another custom level. Pseudo Tomb or something like that, from BtB'05. Lara got killed by a boulder during a cutscene, and when the camera gets back to Lara, she is "dead" but can draw her guns and stuff.
Funniest damn thing is, there's a bug exactly like this one in TRL!
