I wear a size 12 or 14 depending on how the clothes are made. I was told by a friend to add 20 to my pants size and that would give me my siz for the body magic. I was wondering if the clothes you wear have spandex should you go up a size. I mean since I'm a 12 or 14 my real size could be a 16 with clothes that have no stretch.

I measured my thorax and it is 31.5. I am slightly pear shaped. What would be the best size?

I am trying to measure my own thorax, I keep getting a little past 30. Does someone else have to measure me. Or should I just roll with 30 and buy that size?
