Darkfall Beta - Human Area and Combat

This video shows some exploration around the human capital city of Sanguine, heading Southeast towards the Heart of Eanna. While exploring I discovered some ruins, inhabited by skeletons.

Yea character Graphics / Animations aint Darkfall's strong point. So if those things really can ruin a game for you this aint it.

If you prefer gameplay first over anything then yea this game is great fun. I only tried the trial tho. So aint sure if i'd still think it after months.

I have mortal tho, and i still prefer Darkfall. Mainly because Mortal lags like a hoe. Maybe that will change when its all sorted (read: If its all sorted)

But for now Darkfall is best fun MMORPG out in my opinion.

I've been playing this game for about 3 weeks now and I can tell it rocks. I've played WoW for 5 years, and I even bought Aion (which was like wow), and Darkfall really beat them by a lot. And to all trolls and haters who think the animation sucks, well it doesnt any longer,This was in beta, and Adventurine always comes with new patches and even one expansion have been released, and the graphics are quite awesome too, or at least they are now :) give it a try :)

You are missing the point. Darkfall has never claimed to be a graphically superior game, they are something that took a backseat to the gameplay and ideas that were implemented. Overall it shows a number of features which will, I'm sure, be used in MMO's to come.

I see DF as more of a pathfinder than anything else.

guys if u are looking for an MMO try chronicles of spellborn its incredibly good i played wow for quite some time but when i played TCoS it was just a breeze of fresh air lol it is really good and skill matters way more than armor which actually is just pure looks.... great great game

@saulespuke21 yeah darkfall attack animation suck. but gothic 3 got the worse attack animation. 2004's lineage 2 attack animation is awesome.

boooring did u notice when he attacks only 1 animation and his legs dont even move like they were made out of stone
