They told me after surgery, I'm not supposed to suck out of a straw or anything...
My husband uses Camelback in the Army. They issue them out for Iraq:)
I'm busy buying too. I can't find chewable or liquid Calcium citrate anywhere!
I got some Biotin to try to prevent further hair loss:(

Yeah, my patient handbook says no straws for the first couple of months. The straw on this camelbak waterbottle is removable so then you can just tip it like a regular bottle. I LOVE IT! I am on a mission for Calcium Citrate TOO!! SO hard to find...

Great stuff! You'll probably find a bunch of stuff post-op that you use more (I know I did) but I loved shopping beforehand to help prepare myself. And I still use all my baby spoons and little plates every single day. That and my Hamilton Beach blender :)

Shopping for all the "stuff" makes me feel prepared and more relaxed about the whole thing. I have entire shelves in my kitchen devoted to my WLS stuff. LOL I will have to take some more video of it.... my boyfriend laughs at me because I have SO much paraphanelia. I have it all organized in little baskets and containers. I am just weird that way I guess. LOL
