Union Pacific 844

[HQ] Here is Union Pacific 844 coming through west Davis as it travels between Roseville and Oakland. This train is now half way done with it's journey. I went to this new spot because I thought it would look cool. The station is right down the tracks. There were a ton of people at the station. This train was suppose to leave Roseville at 8:00am but due to a turn of events it left Roseville at 9:01am. The train passed through Davis at 9:46am. UP 844 was pulling 14 passenger cars. Great video. I screwed up a fantastic shot at Norden when she first came in when I accidentally put the video camera in STANDBY. Luckily, someone else posted a similar shot on Youtube. I hope to catch her there again someday. The sounds echoing through the valley there was superb. Great shot here. I attempted to catch up to her here but she was just going too fast.

very interesting lineup especilly with that genset switcher in the consist..and that American flag on the side of the auxilary tender is interesting too not painted on it looked like a plaque or something

I took the day off school yesterday to see her come into Roseville from the Stockton, the video won't be for another week though.
