The event took place In Atlanta Ga. Greenbriar Mall Parking Lot Tuesday November 23rd 2010 at Polow da Don's fourth annual Thanksgiving Carnival. Ludacris and Big Boi hosted the event, which was attended by Mayor Kasim Reed.

Other performances Included Keri Hilson, Lloyd, Waka Flocka Flame, Gucci Mane, and Lil bow wow also took the stage, as did the Rich Girls.
