Steps:
1) Visit http://www.audacityteam.org/vst and download "vst-bridge-1.1.exe" (Install into "Audacity 1.3 Beta Plugins" Folder )
2) Visit http://www.antarestech.com/download/update.shtml and download "Auto-Tune EVO VST" (Install into "Audacity 1.3 Beta Plugins" Folder)
3) Restart Computer
