    Oh my gosh! How do you do that switchy move on your knees?? After you were hooping on one knee and then brought the other leg down but not into the hoop and switched the hoop back and forth... I've never seen that before! Does it have a name? I just tried it and failed miserably lol. I need a tutorial! :)

    Some how I came upon this video while looking for information on poly tubing for a project at work. Then I watched all your hooping videos and forgot about work. Then this Goldfish song was stuck in my head all day, so I had to come back and research goldfish. Then I got to thinking that you might like to hoop to that song by the four seasons called Beggin, check it out. Now I am slightly behind schedule and will have to work a few hours Saturday, but it was worth it.
