Stavros Mastrogiannis of Olympus Personal Training & Weight Management in Danbury, CT recently embarked on a 60-day journey eating fast food five days a week. His goal: follow three of his "Eating Rules" from his new book, "The 8 Eating Rules" to prove his theory that his weight, strength, and overall health will actually improve while on this unorthodox diet.

I would like to apologize for not putting the rest of the experiment on YouTube. After I posted the first video, Connecticut School of Broadcasting decide to do a documentary on my experiment and my whole approach on weight loss. We are almost done with the documentary and the trailer should be coming out shortly.

When I first started dieting everyone told me to cut out all fast food, and never eat it again. I told them that would be impossible. So I told them im gonna eat like I always ate, But make sure I dont exceed 2500 calories and excercise 5 Days a week. And I lost 25 lbs in 3 months. No dieting.
