Haven't heard this since 1977; my friend, who loved David, had it on the B side of a single and didn't like it. I thought it was lovely and different - still sounds good :) Thanks for posting it!

@garystango thanks for your reply..i`ve only just seen it now...have been searching since i asked ,and like you say ,Amazon keep saying there WILL be one ,and even reading in the press ,we`re led to believe it`s already been written..

would have made good reading for all us fans i`m sure..such a shame!

Sadly he didn't. I don't kow the reason. Amazon.de says there will be one. It will have the title "the covered man" but the date of redaction contiues to be resheduled since 3 years now. (Latest date: 2018!!! :( ) So there is not much hope it will ever happen.

I`ve also been a fan since my early teens ,and have looked to see if i could find a book ,(would make for fascinating reading i would think!:) ,but have yet to find anything..thanks...
