Coalition to Unchain Dogs is based in Durham, North Carolina. We also have Coalition Chapters in Raleigh, Charlotte, the Triad, & Chatham County, North Carolina, in Richmond, VA, DC and Atlanta. We provide free fences to dogs who live continuously at the end of a chain. We also provide free spay/neuter and vaccinations to each fence recipient. Visit us at www.unchaindogs.org.
It isn't fair and doesn't accomplish anything to call people names. People do the best they know. I'm grateful Blue's guardians are willing to do the right thing for his happiness and comfort. He now has a nice cozy straw-filled house. I'm sure they'll keep it clean, and I'm sure the kids will spend many a tender moment and fun time with Blue. The whole family is free to express their true nature -- LOVING & GOOD -- now that they're "unchained" from past thinking and behavior. Congrats, all!

I have to wonder why the dumbass owner had to have outsiders do this for Blue...in any case he is a lucky dog.

Poor dog. Why was he on such a short chain, and why no water? Also, why a sweater that could get caught on branches, the chain, etc? At least he is happier now!
