It's weird my own wifi works fine with connecting to my iPod touch but my pc computer it doesn't work at all

I'm watching this to fix my laptop's internet. I can connect in other places but not to my own Wifi. I tried your method and on the final step when it's re-connecting its comes back to limited or no connectivity, please help.

I did all that but it doesn't ask for the 'network key'!!
Why does it ask for network key when i try my neighbors but it doesn't when i try to connect to mine?!
