@StampDat you do realize anything before 95 didnt have to have the clutch in to start it. My 94 Integra GSR didnt have to have the clutch in

Im gonna go with the owner coverted it from left to right hand. And from auto to manuel thats why he was able to start it up without clutching.Probably why the license plate is were its at cause those are not jdm taillights.
