Steiner needs to implement 2 things to perfect their signings.
1. Staff should use white gloves when handeling items.
2. Steiner should use a specific brand and make for their pens. For example. Baseballs should be done with BIC Classic pens - they last longer than other brands -
This video shows Joba signing with any ordinary pen. As a collector these little details matter.

Thank you for you comment. We are happy to hear that you were able to get your item signed at the stadium. However, there are alot of fans who do not have a chance to do this or to even attend a game at the stadium. For these fans and other displaced fans (living in FL for example), we provide them an opportunity to get his autograph without meeting him in person and still know for 100% that the signature they got is real. sorry to sound like an asshole, but im not going to lie your stuff is really overpriced, but when you think about it i guess its a nice thing to do to people who aren't as lucky to go to the stadium everyday like i do. i would just never pay for or sell and autograph, again sorry

No worries. We appreciate your feedback and comments. We do try our best to keep prices as low as possible and do run frequent promotions on our website to offer people the opportunity to own/collect autographs if they are not able to get them in person. Thanks again.

What do I do if I can't afford to get a Joba autograph and pay $150 plus?
He doesn't sign in person because of "the contract with Steiner", won't respond through the mail, and I'm just a teenager. Can you guys PM me or give me an option, why can't I get the autograph of a hero of mine? What is going on with the hobby that I love...autograph collecting and getting autographs to display in my room?

Any "contract with Steiner" does not prohibit an athlete to sign for any fan while out in public. We do have exclusive contracts with many athletes in which it prohibits them from conducting an autograph signing for another company. If you tried to get his autograph in person but he refused it could have been just that time or day you met him.
