You're fired and as a punishment you will spend 24 hours locked up i na small cell with a gorilla who has been fed viagra for the past two weeks - I think that with this alternative the candidates would be at least twice as much motivated as they are now. I know because since I applied this solution in my own firm I haven't had any problems with discipline, requests for a raise, complaints - absolutely no shit coming from my employees. It's very quiet in my firm too nowadays....
