ap is advance placement de duel enrolement meaning you get college credits you dont really get anything from ap other being able to say i took ap.

@QdrewtigerQ AP is "duel enrollment"... you take the AP exam under the AP college board at the end of the year and if you score a 3 or higher out of 5 it goes in as a college credit. For example, if wanted to become a history major and i get a 4 on the AP world history exam... then i don't have to take that course in college. im not sure if yall' just call it something different but thats how it works here.
