@JessOnTheRun Well is they can't afford an instructor then I would say they are doing rather well cnsidering it is more than likely some horn/wind guy as the BD. So for self taught and self cleaned its not that bad for a high school line at all. In fact there are some challenging beats in there...so I say nice attempt and keep swinging.

Allen Murray must be shitting his pants that his streetbeat from Suncoast is being butchered by these untalented amateurs.... its so high schoolish.... embarrassing.... school cant afford an instructor apparently.

See if the snares can play traditional. Looks better in parades. But if you cant thats cool. Just my suggestion.

your snares and basses are on point. actually the whole line really is, but thats not the tenor part is adlibbed alot and its a weird arrangement. but it was still good.
