That beautiful little blond who appears at about :45 is Inga Barks, a morning talk-show host on KERN 1180 AM in Bakersfield CA. I live in Wisconsin and I go out of my way to listen to her live on the Internet. Don't fall for any peroxide stereotypes, she possesses a monumental intellect; and I wish desperately that she would go national. A truly intelligent, conservative female in the political media is too rare a commodity these days. Inga is what we need.

I've actually lived there and I actually know Inga Barks through our emails and she is a short sighted as they come. I also know Paul's family very well and I can tell you they understand the concept of conservation or the long term ramifications of industrialized farming's affects on the environment. I maybe a great deal to do with the fact that his family are big end timer Christians and do not believe that catastophies can be anything other than God or the Devil.

I agree with Paul that Obama most likely has not seen this dust bowl. But at the same time Sean Hannity is right on this issue. The farmers needs to eat they need water for their crops. And Trainstation, I strongly disagree with Sean on many issues this I agree with him on.

tell that to the farmers at the food banks or those who find themselves homeless because of all this.. the ramification of of whats happening here will be felt for decades orchards don't grow so fast ....

It's called a food chain for a reason.

They are a part of that food chain and a very important one at that.

7th graders know that. It's not hard to get new water from another source, it's a little harder to find food source for the salmon that is fished in that river.

Salmon happpens to be one of the most fished fish in the U.S.

Farmers produce more food than fishermen because fishermen catch food and it takes longer to import. When you farm you get it straight from the ground. And since when did this fish become fishable? They're put on the endangered species list! They cannot be fished for either! Cuz of this fish California is now at 30%-40% unemployment?
