Pokémon Battle Revolution Crystal Colosseum Rank 8 vs Voldon

Here is my Pokémon Battle Revolution match against Voldon in the Crystal Colosseum on Rank 8, the highest rank. At this rank they like to use legendaries, so you have to have fairly good Pokémon or an awesome strategy to win. The Crystal Colosseum also has a tournament format, where the winner of the 4 round tournament gets to face Voldon!

I keep the part after the match just to show it was rank 8 and how many coupons you can win. But your coupons vary based upon how well you do in the overall rank 8 challenge.

I hope this is useful and helpful. Also, I think the leaders' teams do switch about a bit. I'm sure I faced Taylor once and lost, then tried her again and she had a different team. I can't remember, maybe I should aim to test this out someday.

@NintenBeau I'm not much for status moves. To me, if you don't take out the opponent first, the opponent may take you out first.

@PsychoticSnake Generally I agree since you can take a lot of damage just dishing out statuses and stuff. But sometimes there are upsides, you can catch people on switches, make them unable to attack so you can setup or just weaken them, Will-O-Wisp halving their Attack is a nice feature. I think if you can get a head start, some strategies and statuses (like Leech Seed) are really nice. Sleep is awesome regardless of where you stand on this.

@03jnb At the time I had a tape recorder, which I then plugged into a DVD recorder to record the tape and then put that in a computer, ripped the video file off the disc and posted it online. But now I have straight to DVD then rip the file etc.
