It's nice to hear him tell stories and share a few things about himself. If you don't want to hear him talk then just watch him in Phantom and don't bother with videos like this. Some of us like it though.

This guy should have played the Phantom in the Movie.
It would have been 1000x more successful and legendary. Nobody really cares about the movie and Butler performing it, except for horny girls .

Wow. He has a really pleasant voice. Sweet, sensual, he can hit high and low notes. I'm melting right now. He is really fantastic.

I thought no one would be able to be as good as Michael Crawford (the original Phantom) but thankfully I'm wrong. :)

He's the best of the cast. His music of the night performance really touch me deeply. And his acting is so convincing! I would definitely love to go and see him perform again.

@RosesNightengales He just had his contract renewed. I believe he'll be there for at least six months before it comes up for renewal again.

when i was little i saw the movie and fell in love with this musical, i want to see it on broadway SO BAD!!! does anyone know who plays the phantom since hugh left? is he as good?

@heylookitsrobyn Hugh is back playing the Phantom right now. Howard McGillin played the role for a few years after Hugh left, then John Cudia took over for Howard. But Hugh came back to the role last September.

Will he play the Phantom till the end of the year? Going to NYC in September, would love to see him!

@ojj75 His contract is until June, but he might renew. Just nothing official yet.
