Bringing up brothers

Anyone who has been around kids or grew up with a sibling can tell you that no two kids are exactly alike. From personality to interests to learning style, each child has his/her own way of looking at and talking about the world.

And you know what? It turns out that the same rule applies to baby elephants, too. While Bodhi and Beco are brothers, from day one, theyve been very different in their approach to the world. Harry Peachey, Elephant Manager and Assistant Curator at the Columbus Zoo, tells us more about bringing up these two extraordinary brothers and what it teaches us about elephants and ourselves.
