Suffering, suffering, suffering. This is the Truth. We as sentient beings have much suffering and little pleasure. Why? We're ignorant of our TRUE SELF. We share the same Nature. Something formless, colorless, nameless, eternally indestructable, invisible, changeless, which is living in the body, from birth to death. It separates from the body at death and manifests a new body, in next rebirth. It's important to recognise it before we die. This'll eliminate suffering and hatred in future lives.
