Ismet Himmet, Norman Török, Claudio Manzari & Alex Hartman - SnakeCraneSystem first time introduced by Ismet Himmet! This unique System grows from traditional Wudang Tui Shou (Push Hands) Teachings combined with ancestral Snake & Crane PRINCIPLES of Zhang San Feng with THESE DAYS KNOWLEDGE OF FIGHTING!

It is a RE-Union of "early-beginning" Wudang Principles and the practical part of these days known TUI SHOU!

It`s not a STYLE-specific Teaching, but free to intergrate into every kind of Martial Arts - both Internal & External! Its not dead "ROUTINE" as like in most cases of Tui Shou today... its LIVING PRINCIPLES of an old "gone" Martial Arts.

Yesterday they called it WU DANG PAI. Today I call it WUDANG PRINCIPLES!

Cause is not dead useless "FORMS" and stuck "APPLICATIONS". Its a WAY OF VIEW - WAY OF LIFE - WAY TO BE, "NOT" copying "the yesterday" but EXPRESSING HONESTLY "TODAY" UR-SELF!!!

  • Bravo ! Loving it...great flow happening here, friends.

  • Yep! Interesting system of tuishou! Wel alive, must be interresting to practice!

  • CHECK OUT THE SEMINAR ABOUT THIS!!!

  • Showing the 2-Man Drills ,or Partner-Play is a great idea ,and very important ; rather than just showing the usual whispy , ephemeral forms & combos in the air . This brings it down to Earth for the layman . And this kind of demo-ing and teaching will greatly enhance the Name &Fame of The Great Wu Dang Styles . Again , thank you for sharing.

  • NICE!!!!
