Knockdown karate is a karate sport format, using full contact, no protective equipment and scoring by knocking the opponent down and/or out. Punches& elbows to the head are banned, and only allowed below the neck, for safety reasons (Since there are no gloves) but kicking and kneeing the head is perfectly OK.
Having a reputation for toughness and a appearance of brawling, this competition type is not always pretty, but sometimes it is...
Here is a little KO compilation from different Knockdown styles. Enjoy.
And to all the knockdown karate stylists out there. Imagine how big our sport would be if we didn't keep bickering among ourselves and keep all the petty rivalries going. We are all one big family.

@kolsyrade the only thing I really noticed was that the text was going a bit quick at the begining of the video, but that might be because I'm a slow reader (and English isn't my mother tongue). apart from that it's a great little combination of knockdowns :)

@tayksy Thanks. I made a few minor mistakes that I didnt notice before posting it, but on the whole I am satisfied with it. Now, If I could only figure out why it speeds up slightly when on youtube as compared to the original .flv I made.
