  • i liked the stress bit masturbation surely is a gift xD but i also wonder has the daily pain inspired you to work harder and more diligantly in your work?

  • I suppose it has in that due to HS I had to give up my job as a teacher. Being at home 24/7 drove me mad with boredom, so I set about learning to use a lot of software and began to use acrylics. Over time I learned to create and edit video and to animate stuff.

The daily pain led to the daily use of cannabis, which in turn gave me inspiration and a new angle of cognition which was then developed in my work.

  • i want to ask if the acount holder of this video could tell me weather they have looked ito this, if not i promise to keep in touch. thanks again x

  • I have had both roacutene and accutane prescribed and it did little for me, although I have heard of some people having some remission on these drugs. I am in a remission period myself at the moment, just a couple of 'old faithfulls' erupting every few weeks.

I changed my diet a year or so ago and my HS and overall health has improved since. I cut all processed foods and cut sugar - I still drink and toke and smoke though.

  • I do not have any auto-immune disorders, but I have recently discovered that my grandmother had this disease. It is definitely genetic.

  • @billyyyy12 Yaz helped, somewhat, but the side effects of Yaz are not worth it. Look into Loestrin-FE... similar to YAZ, but with less side effects.

  • i have HS as well. am booked for surgery in a month and a bit. have you ever done that? im not really sure what to expect except a lot of pain.

  • I have HS, but am lucky that my case is slight. Not much pain; sadly, it's the other issues that plague me and do so very well! :( So, I hear you here. *hugs*

  • wonderfully done!!

  • What about the scarring? I just got back from the dermatologist and he said theres literally nothing I can do. I have extensive scarring all over my body. I'm 21 years old. Am I suppose to live with these scars until the day I die? I can't...

  • hgdfs

  • @Nyder Alcohol is inflammatory too, as is tobacco...

    Cannabis helps LOADS.

  • @Nyder Since cleaning up my diet, I have experienced higher testosterone levels, lower estrogen levels, a stronger immunity (I literally NEVER get sick), etc.

Hidradenitis, thyroid issues, and autoimmune issues are diseases of lifestyle primarily (primarily being a key word here).

  • I believe I have identified a cause and a "cure"--toxicity in our environment and food supply which leads to a weakened immune system. Thus, hidradenitis is a symptom, not the disease itself.

Inflammatory foods (for me, at least, if I am completely abstinent I do not have HS but this is extremely difficult in the world today): all meat except fish and grass fed naturally raised meat (too expensive for my tastes), dairy and eggs (especially dairy), most processed foods, gluten (not as much).
