Weather Report - Gibraltar(live in Japan)

This is an absolutely fantastic soundboard recording of Weather Report, and is a must hear recording for all fans of this great band. All the band members were at the top of their game during this performance. It is quite simply killer. This is the definitive version of Gibraltar in my opinion. Joe Zawinul - synth, Jaco Pastorius - bass, Wayne Shorter - saxophone, Peter Erskine - drums. From their concert at Shinjuku Kouseinenkin Hall, Tokyo on the 28th of June in 1978.

Thanks! This is the first time I ever hear "Gibraltar" live. I managed to see the band 3 times - the first with Jaco:-) Killing tempo from WRs probably most classic album "Black Market" (1976).
