The movie is an interpretation of by norman jewison. He is not a preacher, he is an artist giving us an modern(70's) out look. You don't have to be a bible scholar to enjoy the movie. The movie isn't university exam, it is a starting point and if you are inspired by the 'movie' then is up to the individual to go out of your way to investigate the journey of the bible for yourself. So don't be so quick to judge others of their knowledge of the bible. Cut us some slack!!!! dimarnic
